Job Title: Business Sales Development SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell products and services to current and prospective customers.
- Prepare and refine action plans, schedules, proposals, and presentations to identify specific targets and establish contacts.
- Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements and look for ways to promote expansion of existing business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related program(s) is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Fundamental aircraft knowledge is considered an asset.
