About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Welcoming guests and seating them in a timely manner
    • Managing reservations and waitlists
    • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Coordinating with servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service
    • Managing cash and credit transactions
    • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Team Collaboration
    • Working closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
    • Providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
