Job Summary

HB Restaurant Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
