Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Condor Security Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Reliability, adaptability and integrity.
