Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures. This will involve coordinating with project parties to generate master schedules, preparing labor histograms, and conducting schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Coordinate with project parties to generate master schedules
  • Prepare labor histograms
  • Conduct schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis
  • Lead and support the project team in implementing an integrated enterprise-based, cross-functional master schedule program
  • Work closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of schedules produced
  • Perform critical path analysis and report
  • Analyze deviations from the baseline in the project master schedule and propose corrective actions
  • Provide interface and quality assurance regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance
  • Ensure that schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems

Requirements:

  • A recognized relevant university degree
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations is beneficial
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
  • Security clearance (Reliability) or ability to gain this
  • Proficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse)
  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform
  • Ability to perform schedule management on multiple ongoing commissions
  • Ability and capability to analyze and report against contractor (and other third-party) schedule updates received
