Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Traventions Travel & Tourism. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert travel advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance
  • Recommend suitable products to clients
  • Investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities
  • Perform general office duties
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing systems
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience an asset
