About the Role

This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of digital marketing campaigns, including audience development, campaign management, optimization, and reporting insights.

You will work closely with our team to develop campaign plans and strategies, compile and organize campaign data, and analyze performance data to write insights for ongoing client reports. You will also utilize campaign management tools to execute campaigns and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with team members to develop campaign plans and strategies
  • Compile and organize campaign data across different platforms to report to clients
  • Analyze campaign performance data to write insights for ongoing client reports
  • Utilize campaign management tools to execute campaigns and improve overall performance
  • Assist with daily budget pacing
  • Identify optimization tactics and perform basic optimizations
  • Develop interest targets following PHD and client-specific best practices
  • Flexibility to work across platforms, including Facebook, Amazon, Google, and more
  • Support activation teams by performing thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy of set up
  • Recognize technical issues and escalate appropriately
  • Monitor client, competitor, and industry changes
  • Support ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, and more
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education is required, either diploma or degree
  • Strong technical understanding of Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in an account management, internship, or account support role focused on delivering and optimizing paid social marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns is an asset
  • Understanding of agency adserving or social campaign management tools is a plus
