Retail Sales Route Manager

At DESI MANDI, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Route Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in retail settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
