Job Overview

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience managing significant software launches in the ADAS, autonomous vehicles, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in guiding projects with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong background in project management, with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most beneficial.
  • A solid history of influencing stakeholders without direct authority, promoting teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire cross-functional team members across various time zones and cultural backgrounds to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Competitive Advantages (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with in-vehicle map data over-the-air updates.
  • Agile certifications.
  • An MBA degree.
  • PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with managing and configuring tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

The compensation details provided are estimates based on potential earnings for a successful applicant in accordance with applicable state regulations. Actual compensation may vary for positions outside specific states.

  • The salary range for this position is between 110,200 and 176,100. The actual base salary offered will depend on various relevant factors.

An incentive compensation program is available, offering payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual contributions.
