Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at Lions Badminton Training Center Ltd. As a Badminton Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to improve the skills and performance of our athletes.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Coaching Clinic Instruction: Participate in coaching clinic instruction to share your expertise and knowledge with other coaches and athletes.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills.
  • Prospective Athlete Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Site Environment: Air-conditioned and non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Badminton training center.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
