About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist at JnB Homecare Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries.
    • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
    • Send and receive messages.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with desktop publishing software and electronic schedulers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
