Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed
- Perform routine check-ups and health screenings to prevent and treat diseases
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
