Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nitisha Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to our team members.
  • Office Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Specialized Tasks: Assist with correspondence, contracts, and invoices.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and we require our Administrative Assistant to be able to work independently and efficiently.
