Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Greenhouse Worker at H&A Mastronardi Farms Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the hand harvesting of greenhouse tomatoes and vegetables
  • Work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Stand for extended periods and engage in bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient crop production
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Own transportation to and from work
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment

Our greenhouse is a hot and physically demanding work environment. You will be working at heights and performing repetitive tasks. If you are a reliable and hardworking individual who is not afraid of hard work, we encourage you to apply.
