Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Initiatives Director to join our team at Regent College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic organizational priorities and managing the process from concept through execution.

About the Role

The Strategic Initiatives Director will be a strategic thinker, implementer, and results-oriented leader who can help advance new and relevant strategies and develop partnerships for greater impact. You will work collaboratively across the organization's diverse ministries, bringing your related skills and experience to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and impact
  • Manage complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and present strategy, reports, and direction
  • Lead staff and teams to achieve strategic objectives, leveraging entrepreneurial approaches and project management skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive growth and impact

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, including seeing a project through from concept to completion
  • Experience leading staff and teams, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong strategic thinking, implementation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse ministries and stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce, an asset
