About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and punctual individual to join our team as a Back Shop Supervisor at Lynx Ridge Golf Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our back shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the back shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and staff members
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a similar operations environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
