Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Royal City Fine Service Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
