Director, EPMO

Our Insurance client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in Toronto. As a permanent, full-time Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of the EPMO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project plans that meet those needs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
