Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dami Sushi Japanese Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Plan and organize daily operations, recruit and train staff, and set work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Service Quality: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
