{"h2": "Job Title: Executive Chef", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at PALM & PINE INDIAN RESTAURANT INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
* Develop and implement menus and recipes
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Supervise food preparation and cooking activities
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies
* Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
* Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Recruit and hire staff
* Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
* Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
* Leading/instructing individuals

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
