JVS Business Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of documents, including invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and contracts.
  • Compile data and information for reports and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work schedule with 20-30 hours per bi-weekly period.
