Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

Drifters Motel & Restaurant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client-focused and dependable with a strong work ethic.
