Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aankia Foods Inc. DBA The Tikka Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to precise specifications
- Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for consumption
- Grind meats to desired consistency
- Prepare special orders and shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats as required
This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in meat cutting and processing is an asset
- Ability to work 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
