Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls areas. As an Occupational Therapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with community support workers, and developing effective care plans. If you are a motivated and compassionate professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in their homes and communities
• Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Coordinate with community support workers to ensure seamless care delivery
• Work independently and as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide guidance on workplace health and safety

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook
• Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• French language skills are an asset
