About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at Grandma's House Day Care Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Engage children in activities that promote their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Establish a positive and respectful relationship with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for our children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Basic security clearance and immunization records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
