Job Summary

Go-Ryeo Travel Ltd. dba Central Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency General Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and set objectives for the company, formulating or approving policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments within the company, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Allocate material and human resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Establish administrative controls to monitor and manage the company's records, approving promotions to attract and retain clients.
  • Oversee overall personnel planning, including hiring, training, and development, to build a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate the work of different regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operation across the company.
  • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • A college diploma or other discipline related to the service provided, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.
