Project Manager - IT Client Consultant

At Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. (QTR), we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects. As an IT Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing business case documentation, leading proof of concept initiatives, and gathering business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to create detailed business cases that define the project's objectives, costs, risks, and benefits.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Track project progress against the plan, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in business case development, PoC management, and requirement gathering.
  • Prior experience with Operational technology projects will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
