We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work under pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory levels.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking: Ability to move around the store and perform physical tasks as required.
