Seasonal Operations Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Operations Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Support the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
- Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing and stimulating store environment.
- Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including creating displays, arranging product, and maintaining store appearance.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
