LPN - Exciting Opportunity in West Vancouver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Inglewood. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions
  • Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required
  • Ensure adherence to infection control practices
  • Assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, and differentiating between dementia and delirium
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Effective communication skills in English
