Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

Ravago Americas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling plastic resins, supporting existing accounts, and continuously expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable revenue growth through robust new business development and sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets to meet long-term growth objectives.
  • Work closely with channel partners to close business based on customer purchasing requirements.
  • Establish and maintain CRM data and sales statistics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Technical and Customer Service team to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are met.

Requirements:

  • Complex thinking skills to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Broad knowledge of solutions, materials, and processing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to travel as required.
  • Three years of exposure in B2B, face-to-face sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
