Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team at Young Park Martial Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as coordinating special events and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality sports programs
  • Develop and implement program plans, including research and educational materials
  • Coordinate logistics for events and activities, including transportation and venue arrangements
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as budgeting and reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless program delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports program management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment

Our sports programs are held at a private club, with public transportation available. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
