About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between teams and departments.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and statistics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
