Senior Manager, Digital Advertising

MAV Beauty Brands, a leading holding company for premium beauty brands, is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Digital Advertising to drive digital growth and innovation across our portfolio of brands.

This forward-thinking professional will have a passion for digital innovation and demand generation, with a proven track record of orchestrating successful omni-channel digital advertising campaigns. With expertise in executing digital growth strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google, particularly within the beauty and CPG sectors, you will specialize in guiding media spend towards achieving defined digital objectives.

Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Communications Director, you will be responsible for paid media initiatives across all MAV Beauty Brands. Your exceptional management skills will enable you to own the end-to-end build and management of media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Campaign Management

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display, and video. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights to action on optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve ROI.

Performance Analysis

Surface experimentation opportunities to develop an ongoing testing roadmap that continually iterates and improves campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging, creatives, and objectives with overall business goals.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Lead day-to-day communications with third-party vendors and platform representatives to resolve issues, build roadmaps, and facilitate program success. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
