Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Forensic Psychiatric Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operational management of our clinical programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical services and operations, in collaboration with the Provincial Executive Director and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless client flow and effective communication.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on clinical and operational matters, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related health profession from an accredited University.
  • Minimum of seven years recent related clinical experience, including two years working in a managerial/leadership capacity in a clinical setting.
  • Current practicing registration with a relevant professional association.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of the designated patient population(s).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
