Site Supervisor Single Family

At Trico Homes, we're committed to building outstanding homes and communities in and around Calgary, AB. As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Manage on-site construction workers, enforcing safety and work regulation policies.
- Assign work and resources to accomplish tasks, considering labor, machines, and materials.
- Report on personnel, costs, and safety.
- Plan and schedule work, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Strong safety orientation with up-to-date First Aid and safety-related certificates.
- Minimum 7 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years as a Site Supervisor.
- Current Police Clearance Screening required upon hire.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and field drawings.
- Solid understanding of construction trades and techniques.
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Effectiveness in construction safety and productivity.
- Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations.
- Understanding of land development process and construction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
