Welcome to Hotel Arts, a renowned hospitality group seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Oxbow, our new restaurant located inside Hotel Arts Kensington.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, adhering to our menu standards and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
