About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President, Sales Canada to lead our commercial sales team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel programs and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Canadian commercial marketplace.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and present regular business updates and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
