Customer Experience Manager PT

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager PT to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading front-end operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Front-End Operations: Lead and manage the front-end operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Store Recovery: Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
- Omni-Channel Processes: Assist with omni-channel processes, including online ordering and in-store pickup.
- Experience: Retail management experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
