About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Professional Custom Homes. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and development of our custom homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop three-dimensional (3D) models and two-dimensional (2D) drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects.
  • Construct architectural and display models to showcase design concepts.
  • Assist in design development and presentation graphics.
  • Process applications for land development permits.
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
