Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso gas station. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
