Position: Brand Strategy and Compliance Manager

We are in search of a Brand Strategy and Compliance Manager to enhance our branding efforts through strategic insights, governance, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and deriving insights for marketing communications.
  • Leading data-informed target establishment, research, analysis, and visualization of findings.
  • Overseeing a cohesive planning cycle for marketing communications.
  • Tracking performance metrics and KPIs for market engagement.
  • Gathering high-quality data from diverse sources and distilling essential insights.
  • Collaborating with the strategy team to propose informed decision-making strategies.
  • Enhancing and sustaining the Interac brand at an organizational level.
  • Facilitating brand governance and execution to safeguard brand integrity.
  • Working alongside various teams on community and employer branding initiatives.
  • Managing brand architecture and creating brand guidelines for partners.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on brand positioning and voice.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Masterbrand strategy across all brand communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or research.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada.
