Restaurant Operations Manager

SISSIO'S PIZZA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
