At Saint Germain Bakery, we're seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of sweet and savory goods. Your expertise will be essential in creating high-quality pastries for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays. In this role, you'll also oversee sales and merchandising of our baked goods, train staff, and maintain inventory. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare dough, batters, and icings for a variety of sweet and savory goods
* Create high-quality pastries for special occasions
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
* Train staff on baking techniques and procedures
* Maintain inventory and ensure efficient use of resources

**Work Environment:**

* Large volume bakery
* 40 hours per week
* English language

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
