About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Edmonton Tech Support Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Event Support
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Data Management and Organization
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines
    • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
    • Organized and able to maintain accurate records

    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
    Working Conditions
    • 40 hours per week
    • Permanent full-time position
    • Work language: English
