Sales Growth Specialist

As a key member of our sales team at FLiiP, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value deals. This dynamic position demands a unique blend of drive, organization, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities
- Engage with Customers through Multi-Channel Outreach
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies to Achieve Revenue Targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams
- Provide Customer Feedback to Inform Product Improvements
- Manage the Sales Pipeline and Accurately Forecast Sales Opportunities
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Developments
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Full Sales Cycle Management
- Strong Knowledge of Sales Processes and Analytics
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Demonstrated Ability to Manage Complex Sales Cycles
- Strong Analytical Skills and Experience with Sales Analytics Tools
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Fluency in English and French
