Personal Care Aide Job Overview

Work Setting

You will be providing care in the comfort of the employer's or client's home, allowing for personalized support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside and personal care to clients
  • Administer prescribed medications
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks
  • Support clients in exercise routines
  • Help with feeding and meal preparation
  • Perform household tasks as needed
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Shop for necessary supplies
Required Certifications
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
