Catering Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, ordering supplies, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement catering menus that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in catering operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
