Receptionist and Care Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist and Care Coordinator to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Receptionist and Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinics in Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and external customers
  • Coordinate referrals for Worksafe, LTD, and ICBC clients
  • Manage patient intake, data entry, and scheduling
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork and collecting payments
  • Track coverage for funding streams and complete data entry and billing
  • Coordinate courier packages and process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Experience working with a Physiotherapy clinic an asset
