Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics of our products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement inventory control systems.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate transportation, manage shipping and receiving, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze supply chain data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, develop performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
